Basic Salary (आधारभूत तलब)

Dearness Allowance / Mahangee Bhatta (महंगी भत्ता)
The dearness allowance is a government-mandated supplement to help employees cope with inflation. In FY 2082/83, this was significantly raised from NPR 2,000 to NPR 5,000 per month, giving all civil servants an additional NPR 3,000 monthly.
Incentive Amount / Protsahan Rakam (प्रोत्साहन रकम)
